- The event is organised in accordance to the rules and regulations of Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC).
- Admission to the event constitutes an agreement and consent of the attendee to abide by the rules and regulations of the event.
- The event ticket is not exchangeable for cash or in kind under any circumstances. No refund will be provided.
- Attendees must be 18 years and above on event day to be admitted into the event. All attendees are required to provide a photo identity document to prove their age at the main entrance. Admission will not be allowed if the attendee fails to provide such documentary proof.
- SDC reserves the right to end ticket sales before the specified closing date and time should the attendance reaches its capacity before the specified date and time or otherwise.
- All entries and re-entries are subjected to security checks.
- Attendees without an entree stamp will be rejected from re-entree.
- Attendees with tampered, torn or damaged wristbands will be rejected from re-entry.
- SDC reserves the right to limit, refuse any entry or remove any attendee from the event as it deems fit, without refund or compensation.
- No swimming or entry into the sea is allowed in the event site at all times. Any violation is entirely at your own risk.
- No food or beverages purchased from outside are allowed into the event site.
- Any bag, bigger than the size of an A4 paper, is not allowed into the event site.
- No sharp objects, instruments or items including but not limited to spray cans, knifes, bottles, cans, tins or containers which may inflict injuries, affect the safety or cause inconvenience to other attendees are allowed into the event site. SDC reserves the right to remove and dispose such materials as it deems fit.
- No video recording equipments of any nature are allowed into the event site except for still photography.
- SDC reserves the right without compensation to use photographs, motion picture, recording, or any other record of this event and its attendees for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
- SDC reserves the right to add or amend the event content without any prior notification.
- Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by SDC to ensure attendees' safety, please note that SDC, its agents, employees, sponsors or contractors shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage, whether personal or otherwise, and howsoever arising.
- SDC reserves the right to search any attendee for any prohibiting items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous or illegal substances.
- Any disputes arising from the attendees in the event shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
- SDC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without any prior notification.
- SDC reserves the right to add and/or amend any rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notification.
